This fictional story is based on a work by Walter Wangerin called The Ragman. I have taken the liberty of adapting the story. The fictional story is based on absolute Truth. The Truth is a person. His Name is Jesus. He said, “I have come so that you might have life, life in abundance.” He brings this life through His sacrificial death upon a cross, and He promises that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
